CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** At The Reset Room, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **24 hours or more before your appointment** will not be charged a fee. • Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before your appointment** will be subject to a **50% cancellation fee** of the scheduled service. • **No-shows** will be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. • Arriving more than **15 minutes late** may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. • If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so the appointment time can be made available to another client.
